Charting a new course to success! patient advocate Full-time, Days Reporting to the Hospital s President & CEO, this position enhances patient satisfaction by reviewing and creating positive resolutions to all patient complaints. Investigates, resolves, documents, and reports complaints, grievances and requests and develops/implements customer service/patient relations initiatives. Collaborates with leadership and staff to resolve issues and coordinate interventions, analyzes patient satisfaction data, and provides monthly accountability and variance analysis of Balanced Scorecard customer service outcomes. Bachelor s in Behavioral Sciences or related field and Notary Public preferred. Minimum three years experience in a health care environment in a complex individual or management role and experience dealing with patient complaints and resolution required. Must have excellent customer service, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills and the ability to effectively handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
