Administrative Assistant

A proven leader in the financial services industry, seeks a professional to support one of our Financial Services Representatives to maintain a proactive sales strategy through servicing existing and potential clients in a variety of functions.  Responsibilities include maintaining records, entering data, preparing mailings, setting and confirming appointments, maintaining sales materials, providing administrative support, responding to questions from policyholders and monitoring the day-to-day workflow of the Advisors business.

To qualify, you must have strong computer (Microsoft Office, Windows, Lotus Notes and Excel), telephone, and interpersonal skills; detail-orientation and the ability to adapt an work efficiently within a variety of changing situations and assume additional responsibilities when needed.

The position offers a competitive salary and flexible hours.  The office location will be in Shelton, CT.
