Companions & Homemakers, Connecticut's leading provider of home care for older adults is seeking multiple Part Time Customer Service Schedulers. This is a work from home position. Applicant must reside in the state of Connecticut.

We are looking for the following variety of shifts. You would not work all of these shifts just some of them based on your availability:

Saturday - 2:30p-10p

Sunday - 7a-3:30p

Sunday - 2:30p-10p

Sunday - 10a-3p

 

Heavy call volume at times. Applicant must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Prior on-call experience a plus.

Responsibilities include:

-Responding to calls in a timely manner,

-Coordinating emergency coverage for elderly clients

-Handling client and caregiver issues and concerns

-Handling new client intakes

Requirments:

- Compassion for the elderly

- Professional appearance and mannerism

- Working knowledge of a multi-line phone

- Superior verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent computer skills

- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
